Organic Milk Powder, Bifidobacterium Lactis, Streptococcus Thermophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus.

Usage Instructions
It is recommended to use 1/2 liters of animal milk (for one dose of the sachet).
Preparation time: 2 min.
Fermentation: 8 hours on average in a yogurt maker (check the manufacturer's instructions to find out the incubation time according to the yogurt maker).
Use perfectly clean utensils. Dissolve the ferment in 2 tablespoons of milk, then gradually pour in the remaining milk. Add according to your recipes, sugar, marmalade,flavourings... Pour into jars and put it in the yogurt maker for an average of 8 hours. Once finished, put it in the fridge and let it cool for a few hours before trying it.
