Usage Instructions
It is recommended to use flavored soy juices to make tasty and gourmet desserts. Add 1/2 liter of soy juice (for a dose of one sachet).
Preparation time: 2 min
Fermentation: 8 hours on average in a yogurt maker (see manufacturer's instructions for incubation time in a yogurt maker).
Use perfectly clean utensils. Dissolve the yeast in 2 tablespoons of soybean juice, and then gradually pour in the remaining juice. Pour into jars and put it in the yogurt maker for an average of 8 hours. Put in the fridge and let cool for a few hours before serving.
