Informations
Tamari
Bio.
Dressing made from the
liquid
resulting from the fermentation of the misos for many months.
Tamari
has
a
stronger
flavor
and aroma than shoyu. It can be used as
a
substitute for salt or to give
a
better
flavor
to your soups, sauces, salads, vegetables or dishes in general.
Tamari
is
a
sauce
made from soy, water and salt and is obtained by fermenting, between 18 and 24 months, these ingredients. It can be in many cases
a
good substitute for salt, because, although it contains
sodium
(not taking those that have salt banned) it greatly enhances the
flavor
of the food while providing many nutrients. With
a
few drops is enough.
Like most fermented foods it favors the absorption of nutrients and good digestion.
