Organic acids: malic, isocítrico, formic, resin, tannins, mucilages.
Drug Action
Astringent, diuretic, antiseptic.
Indications
Enterocolitis, oliguria, cystitis, urinary tract stones, sore throat. Popularly used to treat dismenorreas, amenorreas, wounds, sores, burns and conjunctivitis.
Galenica forms / Dosage
- Internal use one tablespoon per cup dessert, infuse 10 minutes. Two or three cups a day.
- External use: bathrooms, washes, lotions, compresses ogargarismos with juice or fresh infusion of plant or plant fresh towels crushed.
