Part used: the crust dried and crushed or pulverized.

Properties: tonic, astringent; depurative; something soothing and febrífugo.

Directions: in inappetence, general decay; impure blood and impurities from the skin and in the states febri1es. Very suitable for rinses in cases of irritation of the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat.

Use: in the form of lengthy cooking something; half teaspoon of coffee for every cup of tea, two or three cups a day. For external use is used in hair loss and also to rinse; in both cases to double concentration.
